- Send gifts to other users using credits
- Receive credits from gifts, convertible to USD for withdrawal
- Withdraw eligible balances through payment providers
The Service may be accessed through mobile applications, web applications, and other interfaces operated by dm.gifts.
3. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
- By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
- You must comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
- The Service may not be available in certain countries.
4. User Accounts
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- You may not share your account with others.
- You may not create multiple accounts to bypass restrictions.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
- You must provide accurate and truthful information.
You may sign in using third-party authentication providers such as Google or TikTok. Your use of those services is also subject to their respective terms.
5. Credits, Gifts, and Payments
5.1 Credit Purchases
- Users may purchase credits using real currency.
- Credits can be used to send gifts to other users.
- Credit purchases are generally non-refundable, except where required by law.
5.2 Sending Gifts
- Sending a gift transfers credits from the sender to the recipient.
- Gift transactions are final once completed.
- Users are responsible for confirming recipients before sending gifts.
5.3 Earnings and Withdrawals
- Recipients accumulate credits from gifts received, which are converted to a USD balance.
- Balances may be withdrawn through our payment partner (such as Stripe Connect).
- Minimum withdrawal thresholds and processing fees may apply.
- Withdrawals may require identity verification.
5.4 Platform Fees
dm.gifts may charge fees, commissions, or service charges related to credit purchases or withdrawals. These fees may be displayed within the app and may change at any time.
6. Fraud, Abuse, and Payment Risk
Because dm.gifts involves monetary transactions between users, we actively monitor activity to prevent fraud and abuse.
- We may delay, hold, or reverse transactions suspected of fraud.
- We may suspend withdrawals during investigations.
- Accounts involved in scams, chargebacks, or abuse may be permanently banned.
- Balances associated with fraudulent activity may be frozen or forfeited.
7. Prohibited Conduct
Users may not:
- Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
- Send illegal, violent, or exploitative content
- Use the Service for scams or fraudulent activity
- Manipulate the gift system or attempt payment abuse
- Impersonate another person or entity
- Attempt to hack, disrupt, or reverse engineer the Service
- Create accounts to evade bans or restrictions
We reserve the right to remove content and suspend accounts that violate these rules.
8. User Content
You retain ownership of the content you submit to the Service. However, by posting or sending content you grant dm.gifts a non-exclusive license to host, store, and display that content as necessary to operate the Service.
We may remove or restrict content that violates these Terms or applicable law.
9. Taxes and Financial Responsibility
Users are responsible for determining and paying any applicable taxes related to earnings received through dm.gifts.
dm.gifts may report certain transactions to payment processors or authorities where required by law.

- Stripe (payment processing and payouts)
- Google Firebase / Google Cloud (infrastructure)
- Google or TikTok authentication services
These services operate independently and have their own terms and policies.
11. Account Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts for:
- Violating these Terms
- Fraudulent or suspicious activity
- Legal or regulatory requirements
- Risk to other users or the platform
Users may delete their account at any time through app settings.
If an account is terminated for violations, any remaining balance may be withheld or forfeited where permitted by law.
12. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
We are not responsible for interactions between users, including disputes related to gifts or messages.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, dm.gifts shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of the Service.
14. Changes to the Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted with a new effective date. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
15. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which dm.gifts operates, unless otherwise required by local law.
